I provide somatic therapy to individuals and couples who live in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I work with multiracial people and interracial couples, as well as couples navigating Queer identities in straight-passing relationships.
The past two years almost everything we've done has been virtual. Some of us love it and some of us hate it! The best part about living near my office is that you can decide whether you want to meet virtual, in person, or a blend of the two. We can check in week by week to see what feels best for your schedule and needs.

This is especially helpful once the winter months begin and we are less inclined or unable to leave our homes due to the snow and ice.
Sessions include talking, as well as movement, mindfulness, art, and more. Whether you are home or in my office with me we can adapt to make things work for you.
I welcome clients 18 years old and up. Please feel free to ask me any questions about my work with various identity groups. If I think you could be better served elsewhere I will let you know.
Duration and Frequency
I work with people on a once-weekly or every-other-week basis.
While therapy helps us find closure on many things in our lives, it also tends to open things up. I view therapy as a layered and multi-functional process that we can choose to be engaged with at any point in our lives. Together, we can identify the theme and scope of your care.
Where do
we meet?
I provide both in-person and teletherapy to people living in Michigan. I'm based in Ypsilanti, MI, and if you are nearby you are more than welcome in my office.
